I still consider them good value, but I would have had the exact same experience with them had I never "owned" them. I have so so SO many games, that I bought, played intensely and enjoyed for about a month, then moved on and never played again. I "own" about 1480 games between three steam accounts, gog, ubisoft, origin, twitch and gamersgate. Here's my philosophy which you didn't ask for. Steam got the patch and it was expected to take about 7 days to get to gamepass. Last year when I was playing Wasteland 3 there was a big quality of life improvement for the game. It was lacking so many of the final build options that were on Steam. Most recently the version of The Ascent, I mean it looked like the devs just flat out forgot they were releasing it on there. ![]() It has been shown too many times that Steam gets updates and bug fixes much quicker. ![]() Play on Gamepass like it's a rental or a demo.
